Job Title: Xray Technician

Job Overview/Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Xray Technician at Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine. The Xray Technician will be responsible for conducting radiology procedures, ensuring radiation safety, and utilizing radiologic technology to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiologic procedures following established protocols

  • Ensure compliance with all radiation safety guidelines and standards

  • Accurately capture and process diagnostic images for physician review

  • Collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons and clinical staff to support patient care

  • Maintain and calibrate radiologic equipment

  • Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records

Primary Skills:

  • Proficiency in Radiation Safety

  • Radiology procedures execution

  • Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

  • Hands-on experience in Radiologic Technology

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Knowledge of orthopaedic radiology

  • Familiarity with digital imaging software and PACS

  • Experience in sports medicine settings

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field

  • ARRT Certification

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in fast-paced environments

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
