Job Overview/Summary:
Pulivarthi Group is seeking a skilled Workday Prism Developer to design and implement complex Prism Pipelines, manage high-volume data processing, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust Workday solutions. This role demands expertise in Workday Prism development and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex Workday Prism Pipelines handling high data volumes.
  • Create and manage Prism Transformations, including Unpivot, Group by, Filter, and Rank.
  • Utilize Data Change Tasks (DCTs) for CRUD operations.
  • Design and implement Custom Organizations, Base Data Sets, and Derived Datasets.
  • Analyze business requirements to deliver high-quality code in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.

Primary Skills:

  • Proven experience in Workday Prism development and implementation.
  • Expertise in Workday Prism Pipelines and Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Prism Transformations such as Unpivot, Group by, Filter, and Rank.
  • Experience with Data Change Tasks (DCTs).
  • Knowledge of Custom Organizations, Base Data Sets, and Derived Datasets.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and architecture principles.
