Job Overview/Summary:
The Veterinarian Medical Director will lead and oversee clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of medical excellence, patient care, and client satisfaction. This role combines hands-on clinical responsibilities with leadership duties, offering a balance of medical autonomy and administrative influence. Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor associate veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff.

Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to medical protocols and quality standards.

Maintain accurate medical records and uphold compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.

Active veterinary license in good standing.

Current DEA license and USDA Accreditation.
