Job Overview/Summary:
The Urologist Telehealth role provides virtual consultations to patients using a HIPAA-compliant video interface. This position includes developing individualized treatment plans, ordering prescriptions through EHR, supervising nurse practitioners, and delivering exceptional patient care through telehealth services.
Responsibilities:

Provide virtual consults with patients using a HIPAA-compliant proprietary video interface

Educate and provide individualized treatment plans based on virtual consult assessments and laboratory results

Order prescription medications via EHR

Demonstrate superior customer service and maintain outstanding patient relationships

Maintain high standards of professionalism in verbal and written communication with patients and care team members

Follow established rules, policies, and procedures according to company regulations

Supervise nurse practitioners
Primary Skills:

Virtual patient consultation and assessment

Qualifications:

Valid United States MD/DO license(s)

ABU Board Certified or Board-Eligible

Possesses an unrestricted DEA license

Profound passion for healthcare, health promotion, and maintenance

Available at a minimum of 10 hours per week for consultation, including both clinical and non-clinical duties

Experience in the practice of Urology (minimum 1 year required)

Strong communication skills with a focus on fostering the physician-patient relationship

Available to start in 2-4 weeks
