Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a Sr UI React Developer for a long-term contract position located in Santa Clara, CA (onsite). The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in front-end development with expertise in React and a strong understanding of modern UI development practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces using React 16+
- Manage application state using Redux or Mobx
- Implement Rest API integrations and ensure seamless connectivity between front-end and back-end services
- Write reusable, maintainable, and scalable code in Node.js and Typescript
- Utilize modern CSS techniques, including CSS3 and CSS preprocessors
- Leverage Grid layout knowledge to create responsive and adaptive designs
- Conduct unit and integration testing using Jest
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment
Primary Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in UI development
- Strong expertise in React 16+, Redux or Mobx for state management
- Proficiency in Node.js, Typescript, and ES6
- In-depth knowledge of CSS3 and CSS preprocessors
- Experience with Grid layouts and Rest API implementations
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of front-end/UI development experience
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
