Syndigo Architect (Remote)

Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a Syndigo Architect to design and build Product Information Management (PIM) solutions using Syndigo PIM. This role will involve solution design, system performance tuning, scalability optimization, and collaboration with onshore and offshore teams. The Syndigo Architect will work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of PIM systems, with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect the PIM solution using Syndigo PIM
  • Build, maintain, and optimize PIM solutions
  • Develop and maintain project design documents
  • Conduct feasibility studies and map requirements for PIM implementation
  • Resolve non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, monitoring, etc.)
  • Provide production support and performance tuning
  • Document and communicate risk assessments for new functionalities and enhancements
  • Perform data migration from on-premise to cloud infrastructure
  • Engage with both onshore and offshore teams for project coordination and status reporting
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MDM/PIM technologies

Primary Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in SQL and database management
  • 6+ years of experience with PIM tools, especially Syndigo PIM
  • Strong experience with GitHub, Jenkins, CICD pipelines
  • Experience in data migration from on-premise to cloud environments
  • Knowledge of load balancing, security controls, and distributed processing
  • Proven expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for pipeline-related activities

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Certifications in MDM/PIM technologies
  • Experience with other MDM/PIM platforms
  • Strong project management and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration practices

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in SQL and database management
  • 6+ years of strong experience in PIM tools (Syndigo preferred)
  • Proven experience in MDM/PIM implementation and management
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
