Job Overview/Summary:
Pulivarthi Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. HRIS Analyst to manage and enhance our HR systems, focusing on ADP Workforce Now (WFN). The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and provide insights to drive HR strategies while supporting system upgrades and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Workforce Now (WFN) HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in onboarding new affiliates and uploading bulk data into the system.
- Set up approval paths, automated tasks, and role-based tasks to streamline HR processes.
- Conduct Just-In-Time (JIT) training for system users.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and other key metrics.
- Assist in implementing system upgrades and new functionalities, coordinating testing and user training.
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues and serve as a point of contact for user inquiries.
- Document HRIS processes, guidelines, and training materials for users.
- Stay current on HRIS best practices and industry trends to recommend improvements.
- Support data migration and integration efforts between HRIS and other organizational systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS administration or a related role.
- 3+ years of experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN); experience with ADP Workforce Manager is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with HR and other departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
