Job Title: Sr. Demand Planner

Job Overview/Summary:
Pulivarthi Group is seeking a results-driven Sr. Demand Planner to lead strategic demand planning, inventory optimization, and sales growth initiatives. This role involves collaborating across departments, leveraging consumer insights, and optimizing supply chain processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:
Achieve sales, margin, inventory turnover, and other KPIs as designated.
Develop and implement division strategy, policies, resources, and execution plans in alignment with corporate strategy.
Participate in seasonal, annual, and long-range strategic and financial planning across diverse vendor, customer, and merchandising segments.
Utilize consumer insights and structured test-and-learn approaches to identify growth opportunities.
Lead and measure performance against business planning and product creation calendars for informed decision-making.
Support leadership in strategic meetings, including Open-To-Buy, Vendor, QBR, and others.
Manage end-to-end demand planning and allocation optimization to ensure in-stock levels, service levels, and inventory productivity.
Ensure department and SKU-level planning reflects localization and seasonal transitions.
Collaborate with vendors to create, maintain, and communicate accurate demand plans.
Manage order policies and business metrics to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Lead special projects aimed at driving growth and process improvements.
Integrate processes and systems for enhanced accuracy, efficiency, and margin optimization.
Respond to queries from stores and management regarding product availability.

Education and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience in replenishment or demand planning.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and decision-support software.
Experience with SAP, Relex, or similar demand systems is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
