Job Overview/Summary:
The Collibra Administrator will support the administration and daily operations of our Enterprise Data catalog platform, Collibra. The role requires delivering comprehensive, extensible, and industry best practice designs and supporting documentation which support current business and technical requirements while promoting expansion of stewardship leveraging the tool.

The role requires delivering comprehensive, extensible, and industry best practice designs and supporting documentation which support current business and technical requirements while promoting expansion of stewardship leveraging the tool.
Responsibilities:
Support establishing a Collibra operating model aligned with the defined data governance operating model.
Develop and deliver training materials, use case and asset model documentation, as well as implementation specifications.
Provide recommendations for leveraging the full functionality of the Collibra platform (workflow, lineage diagrams, UI, dashboards, views, etc.).
Maintain expert knowledge of Collibra Asset Model, Organization Structure (Community/Domain setup), Collibra Operating Model (Roles/Responsibilities, User Privileges, and how various assets connect).
Develop Collibra Dashboards, Views, and Data Lineage Diagrams.
Integrate Collibra’s functional & technical architecture across Collibra Data intelligence Cloud, Lineage Harvester, Collibra Edge, and Collibra DQ.
Manage Collibra migration and upgrades across environments using Collibra Migration Utility or CMA files, including testing and validating migrations using simulation files.
Configure and/or migrate Collibra workflows and test related simulations for effective migration.
Handle User/User Group onboarding on Collibra with correct privileges, advising on appropriate privileges to manage security and license cost optimization.
Communicate effectively for stakeholder presentations to drive Collibra adoption, business sponsorship, and leadership review.
Commit to excellence in project delivery and learnability to adapt to changing client needs.
Solve day-to-day implementation problems and resolve dependencies with business/technology.
Discern stakeholder needs, effectively communicate development plans, and track progress milestones.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent organizational and time management skills.

7-10 years of experience in administrative activities including data governance tools, with 5+ years specialized in Collibra.
Expert knowledge of Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud, Console, and Collibra DQ platforms.
Proficiency in Collibra Asset Model, Organization Structure, and Operating Model.
Experience with Collibra Dashboards, Views, and Data Lineage Diagrams.
Integration experience of Collibra’s functional & technical architecture across various Collibra platforms.
Understanding of Collibra migration and upgrades, including configuration and testing.
Ability to handle User/User Group onboarding and manage security and license cost optimization.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentation and driving adoption.
Strong commitment to project delivery excellence and adaptability to changing needs.
