Job Overview/Summary:
Pulivarthi Group is seeking a Silverpeak SD-WAN Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation, and support of Silverpeak SD-WAN solutions across 100 branch locations. This role demands technical expertise, strong leadership, and a focus on delivering robust, scalable, and efficient network solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Silverpeak SD-WAN solutions across 100 branch locations.
- Develop and document detailed network designs, configurations, and migration plans tailored to each branch.
- Ensure that SD-WAN solutions align with clients' business objectives and technical requirements.
- Serve as the go-to expert for all Silverpeak SD-WAN-related inquiries and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Silverpeak SD-WAN features, updates, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their network requirements and challenges specific to each branch location.
- Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for client SD-WAN deployments across all branch locations.
- Manage the rollout of Silverpeak SD-WAN solutions across 100 branch locations, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, project management, and support, to ensure successful project execution.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SD-WAN designs, configurations, and support procedures for each branch location.
- Generate regular reports on project status, network performance, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on SD-WAN solutions.
- Proven experience with Silverpeak SD-WAN technology is required.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting complex network solutions, particularly across multiple branch locations.
- In-depth knowledge of Silverpeak SD-WAN architecture, features, and capabilities.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, routing, switching, and security.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Relevant certifications such as Silverpeak Certified Professional (SCP) or equivalent are highly desirable.
