Job Overview/Summary:
Pulivarthi Group is seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have advanced certifications, expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, OmniStudio development, and hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer or Lead Developer. Exposure to Generative AI solutions is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Leverage Salesforce Health Cloud expertise to deliver tailored solutions for healthcare industry needs.
- Develop and configure Salesforce OmniStudio solutions to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
- Utilize Salesforce PD1/PD2 certifications to build robust and scalable Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers (for Lead Developer roles).
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, including Generative AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional.
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer.
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) / Platform Developer 2 (PD2).
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (Developer role).
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Lead Developer (Lead role).
- Proven experience designing and implementing solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud and OmniStudio.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.
- Nice-to-have: Exposure to Generative AI solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the healthcare domain or related industries.
- Familiarity with advanced AI integrations within Salesforce.
