Job Overview:
As a Senior Delphi Software Engineer, you will lead the development and rollout of entire products or large projects. You will identify risks, provide accurate estimates, and communicate technical information effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of software design and development, with a focus on Delphi. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, maintaining and debugging software while contributing to new solutions.
As a Senior Delphi Software Engineer, you will lead the development and rollout of entire products or large projects. You will identify risks, provide accurate estimates, and communicate technical information effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of software design and development, with a focus on Delphi. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, maintaining and debugging software while contributing to new solutions.

Translate technical information into layman's terms and communicate effectively with both management and other developers.
Build and maintain relationships, develop rapport, and use diplomacy.
Design and develop software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.
Write code, test, and deploy software, and maintain and debug software.
Lead the development and rollout of entire products or large projects.

Primary Skills:
Proficiency in Delphi (D5 or 10 preferred, but any experience accepted).
Knowledge of application design activities, tools, and techniques.
Experience with application development tools and application maintenance.
Familiarity with application testing and system development life cycle.
Technical troubleshooting skills.
Experience in technical writing/documentation.
