Job Overview/Summary:
Pulivarthi Group is seeking a Senior Antenna Design Engineer to lead the design, simulation, and implementation of antennas for wireless access products in the 3 to 7GHz frequency bands. This role involves hands-on development, testing, and optimization of antenna systems for innovative communication solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement antennas for wireless access products operating in the 3 to 7GHz frequency range.
- Conduct detailed simulations using 3D EM tools like HFSS to analyze and optimize antenna performance.
- Develop both narrowband and broadband antenna arrays.
- Perform lab-based antenna testing, including parameter measurements, and work with external labs for pattern and gain assessments.
- Operate network analyzers and other RF measurement equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
Primary Skills:
- Strong expertise in antenna array design and analysis in the 3 to 7GHz frequency range.
- In-depth knowledge of various antenna element types and arrays.
- Advanced skills in using HFSS or equivalent 3D EM simulation tools.
- Proficiency in network analyzers and hands-on lab experience.
Secondary Skills:
- Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in antenna design and implementation.
- Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
