Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Respiratory Therapist to join our team in supporting the training and evaluation of advanced AI healthcare models. In this role, you will help improve AI chatbot performance by assessing medical accuracy, logic, and overall quality, contributing to the development of reliable and high-performing healthcare-focused AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

Provide AI chatbots with diverse, complex, and realistic healthcare-related scenarios and problems.

Evaluate AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, logic, and performance.

Measure and track the progress of AI models over time.

Identify errors, gaps, or inconsistencies in medical reasoning and content.

Ensure outputs align with evidence-based medical standards and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve AI model quality.

Primary Skills:

Strong clinical expertise in respiratory therapy and healthcare practices.

Ability to critically evaluate medical information and clinical reasoning.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong written communication skills in English.

Attention to detail and commitment to medical accuracy.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Experience working with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Familiarity with AI, data evaluation, or digital health tools.

Teaching, mentoring, or clinical training experience.

Comfort working independently and managing flexible workloads.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English (native or bilingual proficiency required).

Current or in-progress medical or healthcare-related degree.

Licensed or credentialed healthcare professional background preferred.

Relevant experience as a Respiratory Therapist or related healthcare role.
