Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to design, deliver, and monitor structured rehabilitation programmes. This role involves guiding participants through group exercise sessions, encouraging self-directed activity, and supporting them in achieving both physical and emotional wellbeing goals.
Responsibilities:

Organise and run a series of rolling 12-week rehabilitation programmes.

Facilitate and deliver live stream and in-person group exercise classes for participants with varying levels of ability.

Promote self-directed activity using pre-recorded classes and journals to aid self-management beyond the programme.

Adjust exercises and intensities in response to participants’ progress and performance improvements.

Identify any deterioration in participants and follow escalation processes, ensuring accurate reporting and data tracking.

Conduct weekly 1-to-1 telephone coaching sessions with participants, setting short- and long-term goals, providing emotional support, and encouraging self-directed activity.
