Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Rehabilitation Specialist to deliver structured rehabilitation programs and personalized coaching to participants with varying physical abilities. The role involves facilitating both group and individual sessions to promote improved health, wellbeing, and self-management beyond program completion.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and run a series of rolling 12-week rehabilitation programs.
- Facilitate and deliver both live-stream and in-person group exercise classes for participants with varying levels of ability.
- Promote self-directed activity using pre-recorded on-demand classes and journals for long-term condition management.
- Re-calibrate exercises and intensities based on participants’ demonstrated progress.
- Identify deterioration in participants, follow escalation processes, ensure timely reporting, and accurately capture outcome data.
- Conduct weekly 1-to-1 telephone coaching sessions with participants to support goal setting, progress tracking, emotional wellbeing, and self-directed activity.

- Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable adults
- Recognized qualifications in rehabilitation, physiotherapy, exercise science, or related fields
- Proficiency in English with strong communication and numerical skills
