Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse with a strong background in chronic dialysis care. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in taking charge within a dialysis setting, a working knowledge of FMC protocols, and proficiency in EMR systems. This position is based in Wisconsin and requires an active state license at the time of submission.
Responsibilities:

Provide chronic dialysis care to patients in accordance with established clinical practices.

Assume Charge RN responsibilities during assigned shifts.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

Maintain accurate EMR documentation.

Adhere to FMC policies and procedures.

Assist with onboarding and training new staff when needed.
Primary Skills:
-
1+ year of chronic dialysis experience.
-
Proven Charge RN experience in a dialysis setting.

Familiarity with FMC protocols.

EMR proficiency.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Adaptability to different clinical environments.

Experience with training or mentoring staff.
Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin at the time of submission.

BLS certification (does not need to be active at submission but must be obtained prior to start).

Willingness and capability to take on Charge RN duties.
