Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Psychologist / Psychometrist for a hybrid role at Michigan Behavioral Medicine in Lansing, MI. This position involves administering and interpreting psychological assessments, providing counseling and mental health support, and collaborating with medical professionals to develop comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans. The role also includes conducting evaluations, documenting progress, and delivering evidence-based interventions through in-person and telehealth services.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and interpret psychological and neuropsychological assessments
• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic interviews
• Provide psychotherapy (cognitive, behavioral, and dynamic modalities)
• Participate in psychopharmacological treatment planning with medical providers
• Deliver Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services for depression (training available if needed)
• Utilize a full battery of neuropsychological testing tools
• Provide care via in-person and telehealth platforms
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals on treatment plans

Qualifications:
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology
• Strong skills in psychological assessment and mental health interventions
• Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Supervision available for candidates with limited license
