Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to provide high-quality psychological assessment, counseling, and mental health interventions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid clinical setting. Supervision is available for candidates holding a limited license.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations

Provide individual counseling and evidence-based mental health interventions

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care

Adhere to ethical, professional, and regulatory standards

Participate in supervision and professional development activities as required

Primary Skills:

Psychology and psychological assessment

Counseling and mental health interventions

Clinical evaluation and diagnostic skills

Written and verbal communication

Documentation and record-keeping

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience in a hybrid or multidisciplinary care setting

Strong interpersonal and patient engagement skills

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology

Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-approved program preferred

Relevant licensure and certification as required by state regulations

Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the practicing state

Supervision available for candidates with limited licensure

Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice
