Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Profisee MDM professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in master data management, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Profisee MDM. The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our master data management (MDM) solution using Profisee, ensuring data governance, data quality, and data integration requirements are met to drive business value.

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Profisee MDM solution, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define master data domains, hierarchies, and data models aligned with business objectives and data governance principles.
Develop and implement data quality rules, validation processes, and workflows to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee data integration efforts, including ETL processes and real-time data synchronization, to ensure seamless data flow between systems and data sources.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the MDM team, assisting with complex problem-solving and troubleshooting as needed.
Drive user adoption and provide training and support to end-users to maximize the benefits of the Profisee MDM solution.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in MDM and data management technologies, recommending improvements and enhancements to our MDM strategy and solution.

Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience designing complex data models for master data entities.
Expertise in data governance principles, data quality management, and data integration techniques.
Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and other relevant technologies used in MDM implementations.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in master data management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Profisee MDM.
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience designing complex data models for master data entities.
Expertise in data governance principles, data quality management, and data integration techniques.
Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and other relevant technologies used in MDM implementations.
