Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Pathology Operations Coordinator to support laboratory operations and ensure efficient workflow. This role is for the evening shift and requires a high degree of reliability, independence, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining compliance with safety standards, optimizing laboratory processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:

Support daily laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.

Accurately read and interpret safety rules, SOPs, MSDSs, operating instructions, and regulatory guidelines.

Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Collaborate with team members and also work independently when required.

Deliver a high level of customer service in all interactions.

Utilize computer systems, including Microsoft Office and SAP, for operational tasks.

Maintain reliability and consistency, especially during evening shifts with independent responsibilities.

Qualifications:

1–2 years of laboratory experience preferred but not essential.

Ability to understand technical and regulatory documents.

Good computer skills (Microsoft Office required; SAP preferred).
