Job Overview/Summary:

The Panel Health Specialist will manage and support panel recruitment, engagement, and retention activities. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with panel participants, managing outreach campaigns, and ensuring data accuracy to drive membership satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage outbound campaigns, including sourcing lists, scheduling emails, and monitoring results

  • Recruit new panelists to ISM’s PMI panel

  • Onboard new panelists, highlighting their contributions and recognition opportunities

  • Conduct monthly check-in calls to express appreciation and maintain engagement

  • Create and execute an incentive and recognition program for panel participants

  • Support ongoing member outreach efforts to increase retention and satisfaction

  • Ensure membership data integrity by following up with members to confirm and update their information

Primary Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with members professionally

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in membership outreach or marketing campaigns

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools

  • Ability to develop creative recognition and incentive strategies

Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience required

  • Ability to travel once per year to annual conference
