Job Overview/Summary:
Pulivarthi Group is seeking an experienced Oil & Gas SAP Specialist with expertise in midstream and downstream operations. The ideal candidate will lead Fit-to-Standard processes and Activate Methodology implementation, with a focus on SAP S/4 greenfield projects and CPE/Pricing in Energy setups.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and implement SAP Activate Methodology for oil & gas projects.
- Lead the setup and optimization of Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE) and pricing in Energy modules.
- Provide expertise in hydrocarbon sales and supply chain pricing, including purchase and stock transfer operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful greenfield SAP S/4 implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex pricing and configuration issues within the energy domain.
Primary Skills:
- Extensive experience in oil & gas (midstream and downstream) SAP implementations.
- Expert knowledge of Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE) and pricing setups in Energy.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4 greenfield implementations.
- Strong skills in hydrocarbon sales and supply pricing (purchase, stock transfer).
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP implementations for the oil & gas industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP S/4 greenfield implementations and energy-specific pricing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of midstream and downstream operations.
