Job Overview/Summary:
The Nursing Director for the Emergency Room is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and administrative oversight of ER nursing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership experience, and the ability to drive clinical excellence while serving as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.
Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction for ER nursing staff.

Qualifications:

Active and current Registered Nurse license in the state of residence/practice.

Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Preferred Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting as a manager, full-time charge nurse, or similar role.
