Job Overview/Summary:
Pulivarthi Group is seeking an experienced Network Administrator III to join our team. This role will focus on managing and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in network protocols, devices, and security, coupled with a client-focused approach to delivering exceptional support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues to minimize downtime.
  • Configure and maintain firewalls and VPNs to ensure robust security and connectivity.
  • Optimize network operations using protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
  • Utilize network monitoring tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Provide support for Cisco, SonicWALL, Aruba, or equivalent network devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage service requests via ticketing systems.
  • Stay updated on emerging network technologies and best practices.
  • Implement and enforce network security policies to protect enterprise assets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience in network administration within an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, SonicWALL, Aruba, or similar network devices.
  • Expertise in firewall configuration, VPN management, and network security.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues efficiently.
  • Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems for service request management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach to support.
