Job Title: Netsuite Application Support Analyst
Location: Remote

Job Overview/Summary:
The Application Support Analyst is a dynamic, experienced, and motivated individual who will lead initiatives related to financial and business systems, particularly the NetSuite ERP. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, external consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless development, implementation, and support of the core ERP system. The analyst will work to optimize the functionality of NetSuite and other supporting systems, ensuring all users are well-trained and equipped to utilize these systems to their fullest potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage business applications, with a focus on general system administration.
  • Prioritize and execute support tickets independently.
  • Assist third-party services and IT members in system configuration, design decisions, and data migration.
  • Build and support dashboards, searches, and operational reports to meet team data needs.
  • Manage custom fields, forms, records, lists, and workflows to fulfill business requirements.
  • Handle system configuration, data integrity, and policies/procedures.
  • Provide front-line support for all users, ensuring the effective use of NetSuite and related business applications.
  • Act as the point of contact for NetSuite support and third-party integration partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance ERP system design and functionality.
  • Evaluate and manage system upgrades, ensuring they align with organizational needs.
  • Analyze complex problems and apply NetSuite to devise solutions.
  • Be on call 24/7 for system support as required.

Primary Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Database, SQL Server, or other query languages (preferred, not required).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven operational, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with scripting languages.
  • Experience with Oracle Database or SQL Server.

Qualifications:

  • College degree with a technical or business management major preferred.
  • 2+ years of NetSuite experience, including creating dashboards, custom fields, forms, saved searches, reports, and workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel to sites for support or project deployment.
