Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to provide high-quality care across two Piedmont Medical Center locations: Fort Mill and Rock Hill, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of current NNP experience and be board certified.
Responsibilities:

Newborn Nursery (NBN) coverage only
-
Attending deliveries in a new program at a brand-new facility
-
24-hour rounding plus home call (approx. 8 hours rounding)

Estimated 350+ annual deliveries in the first year
-
Work in a 12-bed Level IIIa NICU with approximately 1700 annual deliveries
-
Attend high-risk deliveries and conduct daily rounds in the NICU and well-baby nursery
-
Schedule consists of 24-hour in-house shifts
Primary Skills:
-
Neonatal resuscitation and critical care
-
Management of high-risk newborns in NICU
-
Delivery room attendance and stabilization
-
Proficient in performing routine procedures (intubation, umbilical line placement, etc.)
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
-
EMR documentation proficiency
-
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
-
Experience in both Level II and III NICU settings
-
Community engagement and education
Qualifications:
-
NNP Board Certification required (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications will not be accepted)

Minimum of 2+ years of current experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (RN experience not counted)

Not accepting new graduate candidates
