Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Text Analytics Engineer to join our remote team. This role involves designing and implementing NLP and text analytics solutions, including text classification, clustering, and topic modeling, to derive meaningful insights from text data. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with machine learning techniques, understanding of large language models (LLMs), and proficiency in modern NLP tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy NLP solutions, including text classification, clustering, topic modeling, and anomaly detection
  • Leverage modern NLP libraries and models (such as NLTK, SpaCy, BERT) for text analytics
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize the performance and utility of large language models (LLMs)
  • Integrate NLP models within REST API frameworks to enable scalable applications
  • Collaborate with MLOps resources to deploy, monitor, and manage NLP models in production
  • Conduct research and experiment with emerging NLP techniques to improve model accuracy and performance
  • Document technical workflows and provide knowledge transfer sessions to stakeholders

Primary Skills:

  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques, including text classification, clustering, topic modeling, and anomaly detection
  • Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, and BERT
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and the usage of LLMs in production settings
  • Experience with REST API frameworks for model integration
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices for model deployment and maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in NLP, text analytics, and machine learning
  • Experience working with large language models and advanced text processing
