Job Overview:
The Metadata Analyst will play a critical role in managing and analyzing health-related data, contributing to the accurate and effective use of metadata within the organization. This role involves detailed analysis, metadata creation, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance with health data standards.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience.
May consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Prefer 6+ years of experience within the Health Data field.
Prefer education or experience in a medical or health-related field.
Data analysis experience in a health-related, medical research, or life science field.
Experience in one or more of the following: systems analysis, data integration, conceptual data modeling, or metadata creation.
Strong written, verbal, listening, and communication skills.
Ability to perform detailed analysis of information requirements and to assist users and other stakeholders in identifying and clarifying data definitions and business rules.
Understanding of enterprise information management principles.
