Job Overview/Summary:
Pulivarthi Group is seeking an experienced Mendix Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality Mendix applications. This role requires a seasoned professional who can serve as a technical lead, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Mendix applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Serve as the technical lead for Mendix projects, providing guidance and expertise to the development team.
Actively participate in hands-on development tasks using Mendix Studio Pro, Mendix Studio, and related technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their growth and adherence to Mendix development best practices.
Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality and integrity.
Identify technical risks and challenges, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Stay updated on the latest Mendix developments, trends, and best practices, advocating for their adoption within the organization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and quality assurance engineers, to deliver integrated solutions.

Primary Skills:
5-7 years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Strong proficiency in Mendix Studio Pro, Mendix Studio, and the Mendix platform.
Experience in leading Mendix development teams and guiding technical direction.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
Mendix certification(s).
Familiarity with other development technologies and platforms (e.g., Java, JavaScript, SQL).
Strong communication skills for effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
