Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth front desk operations and supporting the administrative needs of our clinical staff. This is a full-time, in-person role.

Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Verify insurance and collect co-pays
Maintain and update patient records
Support the administrative needs of the clinical team
Primary Skills:
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
Prior experience in a medical office setting (preferred but not required)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer proficiency
Previous administrative or receptionist experience is a plus
