Job Overview:
The Marketing Associate will report to the Senior Lead Generation Manager and play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day production and logistics of webinars, virtual events, and lead generation products such as white papers, eBooks, quizzes, and surveys. This position also involves reporting key metrics, assisting with marketing efforts, supporting advertising sales representatives, and managing digital advertising across various online platforms.
 
Responsibilities:
Assist with logistics for each webinar in collaboration with On24 technology vendor.
Manage the annual calendar for webinars, white papers, eBooks, and other lead generation products, ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) are up to date.
Oversee campaign status and updates using the project management tool, Asana.
Act as the primary interface with sponsors from "kick-off" calls through planning and post-wrap up, ensuring smooth campaign delivery and timely wrap-up reports.
Collaborate with internal and external designers to produce branded assets, including emails, ads, and online ads for each campaign.
Prepare marketing collateral for campaigns using HTML and the marketing automation platform, Eloqua.
Create social media campaigns and provide follow-up reports.
Support lead generation and digital revenue marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
Update sales collateral, including the online media kit and promotional emails as required.
 
Primary Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with HTML and marketing automation technology (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot).
Excellent written communication skills and client-facing experience.
 
Secondary Skills:
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
Experience in creating and managing social media campaigns.
 
Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in marketing or related field.
