Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manhattan WMS Consultant with 5-8 years of hands-on support experience and expertise in Manhattan WMOS application v2013 or higher. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and manufacturing, with significant experience in implementing and supporting Manhattan Warehouse Management technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and manufacturing, with significant experience in implementing and supporting Manhattan Warehouse Management technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support and expertise in Manhattan WMOS application v2013 or higher.
Conduct business requirements gathering, functional design, functional configuration, system testing, and solution delivery.
Provide UAT customer support and create and review process documents.
Collaborate with onsite and offshore delivery teams.
Use analytics and metrics to assess supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide hands-on support and expertise in Manhattan WMOS application v2013 or higher.

5+ years of Supply Chain & Manufacturing experience.
3+ years of implementation/support experience within Manhattan Warehouse Management technology solutions.
Experience in business requirements gathering, functional design, functional configuration, system testing, and solution delivery.
Experience in UAT customer support, process documentation, and working with onsite and offshore delivery models.
Proficiency in using analytics and metrics to assess supply chain performance.
5+ years of Supply Chain & Manufacturing experience.
3+ years of implementation/support experience within Manhattan Warehouse Management technology solutions.
Experience in business requirements gathering, functional design, functional configuration, system testing, and solution delivery.
Experience in UAT customer support, process documentation, and working with onsite and offshore delivery models.
Proficiency in using analytics and metrics to assess supply chain performance.
Secondary Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
Thorough understanding of warehousing concepts, leading practices, KPIs, and processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Task Management, Cross-docking, Interleaving).
Experience presenting complex topics clearly and concisely.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in handling large volumes of transactional data.
Ability to prioritize and focus on high-value opportunities or risks.
Experience leading cross-functional teams across locations and time zones.
Experience leading a project team in a project client environment.
