We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee and direct the daily operations of our long-term care community. Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and direct the overall operations of the community.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures.

  • Oversee resident care to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality.

  • Manage community budgets and achieve business objectives.

  • Supervise and support department heads and staff to foster a collaborative team environment.

  • Promote positive resident and family relations.

Primary Skills:

  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (active and in good standing in applicable state).

  • Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with electronic medical records and long-term care software systems.

  • Conflict resolution and team-building expertise.

  • Multilingual communication abilities (especially English proficiency).

Qualifications:

  • Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of practice.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a long-term care setting.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and people management capabilities.

  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
