Job Overview: The Lexis Nexis PM will serve as a crucial link between the Lexis Nexis vendor and internal Healthfirst / CDE delivery teams. The role requires expertise in digital and security domains, specifically in designing workflows for implementing Lexis Nexis security features across Mobile, Portal, and Call center experiences. The individual will play a key role in defining product strategy and customer experience for Lexis Nexis, with a strong focus on Scaled Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between Lexis Nexis vendor and internal teams.
Design and implement workflows related to Lexis Nexis security features.
Define product strategy and customer experience for Lexis Nexis.
Write both technical and customer experience features/stories for front-end and back-end systems.
Lead meetings with scrum teams, vendors, and delivery program leadership.
Work in dynamic, fast-paced team environments with tight delivery timelines.
