Job Overview/Summary:
The Level II Database and Data Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of data handling procedures for sensitive government contracts. This role involves the oversight of data management activities, ensuring compliance with security classification guidance, and supporting the Partnerships and Capabilities Directorate (N3) to maintain and archive critical test data.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a Data Management Plan to address long-term data rights requirements.
  • Establish and oversee procedures for cataloging, collecting, handling, and archiving test data and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with current security classification guidance (SCG) in all data handling processes.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships and Capabilities Directorate (N3) to ensure data handling protocols remain up to date.

Primary Skills:

  • Experience developing data management plans and overseeing sensitive data handling processes.
  • Strong understanding of Information Assurance (IA) technology and data security.
  • Knowledge of security classification guidance (SCG) and related compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to data management procedures.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with test data management in a government or defense setting.
  • Experience with partnership and capabilities directorates within government agencies.

Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI or TS/SCI eligible.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IA technology, Network Engineering (NE), and advanced Communications Engineering (CE).
  • Mastery of the functions of the IAT Level 1 position.
  • IAT Level II certification.
