Job Overview/Summary:
Are you an experienced Application Architect looking to improve your Cloud and AI skills? Pulivarthi Group is excited to announce a unique opportunity to join a newly established and rapidly growing AI Program. We are seeking a Lead AI Architect with deep application development expertise to lead AI experimentation and solutions, driving business process transformation. You will guide technology POCs, vendor comparisons, and direct agile development teams in building custom AI solutions. This position is bonus-eligible and offers career advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient AI solutions that meet business needs and align with enterprise architecture principles.
- Evaluate and compare AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms such as cloud-based AI services, machine learning libraries, NLP tools, and computer vision systems.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of architectural artifacts.
- Collaborate with architects, data scientists, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure the quality of AI solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, oversight, and mentorship to team members.
- Partner with development leads to create and promote AI best practices.
- Monitor performance, availability, and reliability of AI solutions, and resolve issues or risks.
- Research emerging AI trends and assess their applicability for experimentation.
- Develop business cases, roadmaps, and architectures for AI initiatives and communicate the value to senior management.
- Partner with the AI Program Manager and Infrastructure Architects to ensure cost-effective AI solutions.
Primary Skills:
- Strong experience in designing and developing full-stack web applications on cloud-based infrastructures.
- Proficiency in AI concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and development of AI use cases.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Cloud computing, cloud-native architectures, and cloud services experience.
- Data engineering, data analytics, and collaboration with data science teams.
- Experience leading architects or technical teams.
- Insurance industry experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in roles such as architect, technical lead, system analyst, or programmer.
- Expertise in API integration technologies and Python development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure for designing and deploying cloud-based applications.
- Depth of knowledge in at least one architecture domain (application, data, infrastructure).
