Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Kronos Consultant with deep expertise in Kronos Workforce Central (version 8.1). The ideal candidate will be adept at working on various enhancements, troubleshooting existing setups/configurations, and offering recommendations based on the current system's construction. This role involves leading collaborations with key stakeholders, managing complex interface modifications, and ensuring the accurate tracking and calculation of employee leave balances.
 
Responsibilities:
Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into system configurations, and ensure proper unit testing and business sign-off.
Troubleshoot and configure time clocks and biometric devices.
Lead and facilitate complex interface modifications or troubleshooting using WIM.
Manage and configure activity tracking within the Kronos system for accurate logging of employee tasks and project-related activities.
Develop and maintain accrual policies and configurations in Kronos, ensuring accurate tracking and calculation of employee leave balances.
Oversee attendance and timekeeping functionalities within Kronos, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Participate actively in agile product team ceremonies and provide updates on work progress, identify roadblocks, and foster collaboration.
Contribute to sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions with accurate story point estimation.
Communicate and exchange valuable insights, knowledge, and best practices related to Kronos within the team and organization.
 
Primary Skills:
Deep expertise in Kronos Workforce Central (version 8.1).
Strong experience in troubleshooting and configuring time clocks and biometric devices.
Proficiency in facilitating complex interface modifications using WIM.
Experience in managing accrual policies, attendance, and timekeeping functionalities within Kronos.
Ability to work in an agile product team environment, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
 
Secondary Skills:
Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train and provide guidance to end-users.
 
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Kronos Workforce Central (version 8.1).
Expertise in system configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Experience working in agile teams and participating in sprint ceremonies.
