Job Overview: The Infor Consultant will provide support and handle small enhancements for Infor LN 10.7 and/or Syteline 9. The role involves both functional and technical responsibilities, including planning and delivery. The consultant will manage the majority of support tickets and work closely with functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Manage and resolve the majority of support tickets.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
