Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a Saviynt Operations Lead to manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Saviynt or SailPoint IGA solutions, incident management, and continuous improvement. The role involves coordinating with various teams for issue resolution, managing configurations, and supporting enhancements, with a focus on ensuring efficient IAM operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve incidents escalated by the Level 2 support team
  • Manage IGA configurations and policies
  • Coordinate with vendor support teams to troubleshoot and resolve product issues
  • Resolve complex incidents related to application integrations
  • Collaborate with client teams for change management and perform necessary changes in the IGA platform
  • Communicate with third-party vendors to resolve infrastructure-related issues
  • Conduct problem management and root cause analysis for recurring and complex issues
  • Support enhancements with allocated monthly hours for continuous improvements
  • Identify and implement automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Primary Skills:

  • Strong experience with Saviynt or SailPoint IGA platforms
  • Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance
  • Experience in Operations and Incident Management

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Knowledge of integration with third-party applications and systems
  • Familiarity with change management and incident management processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IAM, with a focus on Saviynt or SailPoint IGA solutions
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolution
  • Experience with vendor management and coordination for product-related issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
