Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nephrologist to join a well-established and collaborative nephrology program. This role offers a balanced lifestyle with flexible hours, a supportive physician team, and access to advanced medical equipment. The position provides a diverse practice experience, including inpatient care, outpatient clinic visits, dialysis center coverage, and opportunities to work with internal medicine residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care for patients with kidney-related conditions in inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis settings.

  • Collaborate with a strong team of physicians to deliver high-quality nephrology care.

  • Participate in inpatient rounding, outpatient office hours, and dialysis clinic coverage.

  • Educate and mentor internal medicine residents as part of clinical responsibilities.

  • Contribute to the growth and development of the nephrology program.

  • Ensure the delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Primary Skills:

  • Strong clinical expertise in nephrology.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with patients, physicians, and residents.

  • Commitment to high-quality patient care and education.

  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD/DO or equivalent) from an accredited institution.

  • Completion of an accredited nephrology fellowship.

  • Board certified or board eligible in Nephrology.

  • Eligible for medical licensure in the practicing state.
