Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Flight Paramedic to join our emergency medical services team. This role involves delivering critical pre-hospital care and patient transport via air ambulance in dynamic, high-pressure environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive ALS experience and must be capable of responding to emergencies on short notice.
Responsibilities:

Provide advanced life support care during air transport missions

Assess and treat patients in a variety of emergency medical situations
-
Operate and maintain medical equipment onboard the aircraft

Collaborate with pilots, nurses, and medical teams to ensure patient safety
-
Document all patient care activities and interventions accurately
-
Maintain readiness for deployment within a 2-hour response window
-
Comply with all safety regulations and medical protocols
Primary Skills:
-
NREMT Paramedic Certification (NRP)
-
ACLS Certification
-
CPR and AED Certification
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an ALS Paramedic
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an NREMT Paramedic
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
-
Instructor ratings in ACLS and ITLS
-
Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS/ITLS)
-
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
-
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Active National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians certification
-
Must be a U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old
-
Valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record (past 5 years)
-
Valid U.S. Passport and ability to travel
-
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
-
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
-
Physically capable of performing all paramedic duties without limitations

Actively engaged in continuing medical education
