Job Overview/Summary:
The Escrow Support Processor is responsible for providing centralized clerical processing of all documents related to the initiation or closing of residential escrows, effectively reducing the high volume of paperwork for branches. This role focuses on communicating information and instructions to escrow branches rather than customers. The Escrow Support Processor will handle tasks that may vary slightly in complexity and will work on both escrow openings and closings.
Responsibilities:
Provide centralized clerical processing of escrow-related documents.
Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches.
Assist with escrow openings and closings, ensuring adherence to procedures.
Handle tasks with increasing complexity as experience grows.
 
Primary Skills:
Ability to follow established escrow procedures.
Awareness of regulations governing the escrow process.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
 
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
Experience in a similar role within the real estate or financial services industry.
Familiarity with document management systems.
