Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Escrow Assistant to support our Escrow department by handling customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings. The Escrow Assistant may work as part of a team or directly partner with an escrow officer, ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of escrow transactions.
 
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of administrative duties to gather information and assist in the escrow process.
Open orders, input closing statement information, prepare documents for closing, and handle the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions.
Communicate requirements and other pertinent information to clients.
Interpret various agreements related to closings and prepare all necessary documents for transactions.
 
Primary Skills:
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
 
Secondary Skills:
Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems.
Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
 
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience in an escrow-related position.
Strong customer service skills.
