Job Summary: This is a client-facing role in the Center of Excellence (COE) Organization, serving as a hub for deep expertise driving business growth. The Enterprise ServiceNow Architect will work closely with clients, partners, and Capgemini business units to identify digital transformation opportunities. The role involves understanding clients' business needs, identifying how Capgemini offers can address those requirements, shaping and scoping opportunities, and ensuring delivery matches client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients, partners, and Capgemini business units to identify and address digital transformation opportunities.
Understand client business needs and match them with Capgemini solutions.
Identify, shape, scope opportunities, create proposals, solutions, pricing, and write Statements of Work.
Participate in project delivery to provide expertise and ensure solutions are delivered as designed.
Monitor market trends and develop business cases for enhanced capabilities/services.
Provide thought leadership and engage in publishing white papers, articles, podcasts, and participate in industry conferences.
Act as an expert in Red Team to address critical issues for key accounts.

12+ years of consulting experience.

Flexible approach to working hours and locations; willing to work nationally and potentially internationally.
