Job summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Einstein AI Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Einstein AI Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions enhanced with AI capabilities to meet our clients' business requirements. You will collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that leverage Einstein AI.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design Salesforce solutions integrated with Einstein AI capabilities.
Configure and customize Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) to incorporate AI features such as predictive analytics, machine learning models, and natural language processing.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
Continuously optimize AI models and algorithms to improve accuracy, performance, and relevance of recommendations and predictions.
Provide training to end-users and support teams on using Salesforce Einstein AI features effectively.
Create comprehensive documentation including solution designs, technical specifications, and deployment plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers to deliver successful Salesforce implementations.

Primary Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience (8 years) as a Salesforce Consultant with expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications.
Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Einstein AI features such as Predictive Vision, Sentiment Analysis, and Recommendation Builder.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience applying them to business problems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
