Job Overview/Summary: Pulivarthi Group is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Analyst to support electronic discovery (eDiscovery) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eDiscovery tools, forensic data management, and legal technology processes. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with legal teams and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Manage and support eDiscovery data processing, review, and production workflows.

Utilize eDiscovery tools (e.g., Relativity, EnCase, Axiom, NUIX) for document review and analysis.

Conduct forensic collections in compliance with industry best practices.

Work closely with legal teams to execute eDiscovery strategies and respond to litigation requests.

Ensure proper documentation and chain of custody for digital evidence.

Develop and refine queries using regular expressions (regex) for data searches.

Provide training and guidance to team members on eDiscovery processes and tools.

Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
Primary Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic discovery (eDiscovery).

Strong understanding of eDiscovery data management systems and workflows.

Expertise in eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, EnCase, Axiom, and NUIX.

Experience working with legal professionals and understanding eDiscovery requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline).

Preferred: 4+ years of experience in data processing and analytics.

Certifications such as Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) or Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) are a plus.

Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
