Job Overview: As a Senior Duck Creek Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our transformation to the latest tech stacks and Agile processes. You will be part of a delivery team that supports the business objective of enhancing segmentation with speed to market, significantly impacting profitability measures. This role focuses on delivering various types of rate revisions, including the latest product models for multiple states. You will collaborate closely with IT and Business stakeholders, working on innovative projects that affect our customers, agents, and employees. Your responsibilities will include estimation, code reviews, troubleshooting, and coordinating the team's work.

Participate in transforming to the latest tech stacks and Agile processes.
Support key business objectives by delivering rate revisions and product models.
Collaborate with IT and Business stakeholders on innovative projects.
Conduct estimation, code reviews, and troubleshooting for team members.

Primary Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of four years of experience in software design, programming, and support.
In lieu of a degree, high school diploma or GED, completion of a technical training program, and at least four years of related experience.
In lieu of the above, high school diploma or GED and at least six years of related work experience in software design, programming, and support.

Duck Creek application development experience, particularly with Product Studio.
Experience with Property and Casualty insurance, preferably in Commercial Auto or other auto insurance.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, front-end scripting languages, SQL, APIs, and familiarity with software design patterns.
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and in leadership roles.
Experience with Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodologies.
Duck Creek application development experience, particularly with Product Studio.
