Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum primary care including preventive, acute, and chronic care
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with patients and families
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with our tight-knit care team to ensure smooth, coordinated care
Participate in wellness initiatives and community outreach
Help grow and maintain your patient panel by fostering a welcoming and inclusive clinic environment
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in alignment with regulatory standards

Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field
Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration
Strong interest in Direct Primary Care and building meaningful patient relationships
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
