Job Title: Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse – RN

Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Clinical Manager – RN to oversee the operations and supervision of dialysis staff. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care and the effective coordination of clinical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and dialysis, with a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision to designated clinical staff.

  • Lead and mentor team members to ensure quality patient care and compliance.

  • Manage clinical operations and ensure alignment with policies and procedures.

  • Serve as a liaison between staff, patients, and physicians.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous quality improvement.

  • Be available full-time and provide on-call coverage as needed.

  • Complete Clinical Manager training and development modules within the timeline.

Primary Skills:

  • Clinical nursing experience (minimum 12 months).

  • Chronic or acute dialysis nursing (minimum 6 months).

  • Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Performance and project/program management.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in med/surg or ICU/CCU nursing.

  • Advanced degree in healthcare or management.

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Advanced Degree desirable or equivalent experience).

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).

  • Current and valid state licensure.
