Job Overview/Summary:

We have an immediate full-time opening for a Dental Hygienist. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing preventative care, patient education, and high-quality clinical services. This role supports overall patient health by promoting excellent oral hygiene and preventing dental diseases through routine cleanings, patient education, and preventive therapies.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care

  • Perform adult and child prophylaxis

  • Administer non-surgical periodontal therapy

  • Apply sealants and fluoride

  • Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control certifications

  • Ensure compliance with applicable dental regulations and guidelines

Primary Skills:

  • Valid state license to practice dental hygiene

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong knowledge of preventive and therapeutic oral care

  • Confidence in educating patients about oral health

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with dental practice management software

  • Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment

  • Bilingual communication skills (preferred but not required)

Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure as a Dental Hygienist

  • Completion of an accredited dental hygiene program

  • Up-to-date CPR certification

  • Ongoing OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control training
